Mrs. Carol Ann (Hennon) Tevis, age 73, of Moorefield, Indiana, entered this life on March 21, 1941, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late, Lloyd J. & Grace E. (Hamilton) Hennon. She was raised in Madison, Indiana, where she attended school & had resided in the Moorefield Community, since 1984. Carol was united in marriage on December 18, 1977, in Bedford, Kentucky, to Robert L. "Bob" Tevis. Carol & Bob shared nearly 37 years of marriage together until her death. She was employed in the Kitchen & House Keeping Departments for the Ogle Haus Inn in Vevay, Indiana, retiring after 3 years of service. Carol was a member of the North United Methodist Church in Madison, Indiana. She will be remembered for her love of her dogs & listening to Ham Radio. Carol died at 6:40 am, Monday, May 26, 2014, at the Swiss Villa Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Vevay, Indiana.

Carol will be missed by her husband of nearly 37 years: Robert L. "Bob" Tevis of Moorefield, IN; her daughter: Julie Montfort & her husband: Roy of Frankfort, KY; her sons: Jeff Welch of Chicago, IL, Buddy Tyrrell of Madison, IN; her step-sons: Steve Tevis & his wife: Julie of Reading, PA, Mark Tevis & his wife: Della of Pottstown, PA, Michael Tevis of Reading, PA, Rob Tevis & his wife: Rennie of Reading, PA; her 12-grandchildren; her 9-great-grandchildren; her brothers: Larry Norris of Louisville, OH, Vaughan Mohler of Canton, OH, Allen Mohler of Canton, OH; her sisters: Vicki Mohler of Canton, OH, Theresa Griffin of Canton, OH, Viola Evans of Uniontown, OH.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Lloyd J. & Grace E. (Hamilton) Hennon; her birth parents: Clara (Williams) Mohler & John Price; her brother: Terry Mohler.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 29, 2014, at 10:00 am, by Pastor K.C. Banta, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.
