Mrs. Donna Jean (Gilbert) Juilfs, age 78, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on October 12, 1936, the loving daughter of the late, Leo H. and Vandilla (Kendall) Gilbert. She was raised in Hamilton, Ohio where she attended school. Donna was united in marriage on October 2, 1954, in North Bend, Ohio, to the late, Robert Lee "Bobby" Juilfs and to this union arrived two sons, David and Ricky and two daughters, Kathy and Karen to bless their home. Donna and Bobby shared 49 loving years of marriage together until he passed away on June 27, 2003. Donna was a former dishwasher for Roxano's Restaurant in Vevay, Indiana. She was a former employee for the US Shoe Factory in Vevay, Indiana, retiring after 34 years of service. Donna attended the Ebenezer Wesleyan Church in Moorefield, Indiana. Donna will be remembered for her love of crocheting. Donna passed away at 9:10 pm, Thursday, October 8, 2015, at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana.

Donna will be missed by her son: David Allen Juilfs of Vevay, IN; her grandchildren: Calvin, Amanda & Cheyenne; her step-grandchildren: Kris & Shannon; her great-granddaughter: Kaitlynn Juilfs; her twin sister: Dorothy Cooley of Osgood, IN; her sister: Patty Cooley of Kalispell, MT & her several nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Leo H. & Vandilla (Kendall) Gilbert; her husband: Robert Lee "Bobby" Juilfs, died June 27, 2003; her daughters: Kathy Ann Proctor & Karen Elizabeth Juilfs; her son: Ricky Lee Juilfs; her granddaughter: Alisha Dawn Juilfs; her sister: Betty Shall & her brothers: Jimmy & Charles Gilbert.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, October 12, 2015, at 11:00 am, by Pastor David Dicken, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street Vevay, Indiana 47043.

Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.
