Mrs. Ruth Ann (Traylor) Lorch, age 70, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on October 27, 1945, in Bath County, Kentucky, the loving daughter of the late, Edward Conley and Opal (Traylor) McGee. She was raised in Bath County, Kentucky where she attended high school. Ruth Ann was united in marriage on October 28, 1966 in Dover, New Jersey, to the late, Charles K. Lorch and to this union arrived two children to bless their home. Ruth Ann and Charles shared 29 years of marriage together until his death on July 13, 1995. She was later united in marriage on September 12, 2008, in Edwardsville, Illinois, to Douglas Lee Curlin. Ruth Ann and Douglas shared 7 loving years of marriage together until her death. Ruth Ann resided in the Switzerland County community since 1966. She was a member of the Vevay American Legion Post #185 Ladies Auxiliary and the Vevay VFW Post #5396 Ladies Auxiliary. Ruth Ann passed away with her loving family by her side at 10:00 pm, Friday, November 27, 2015, at her residence in Vevay, Indiana.

Ruth will be missed by her loving husband of 7 years: Douglas Lee Curlin of Vevay, IN; her son: Charles Allen Lorch & his wife: Kari of Eagan, MN; her daughter: Gina Francis Pfeifer & her husband: Randy of Manhattan, KS; her grandchildren: Brandon Leigh Schirmer, Sarah Jensine Lorch, Kyle Dean Pfeifer, Travis Kimble, & Jamie Elizabeth Lorch; her sisters: Virg Moore of Salt Lick, KY, Eula Turner of West Chester, OH & Ruby Wilson of Salt Lick, KY & her several nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Edward Conley & Opal (Traylor) McGee; her husband: Charles K. Lorch, died July 13, 1995; her brother: Gregory Riley & her sister: Jewell.

Ladies Auxiliary services will be held at 7:00 pm, Monday, November 30, 2015, at the funeral home.

Private interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, Vevay, Indiana.
