Don and I had so many conversations about our service in Vietnam and there was never a "short" talk. Many of the chats were over an hour. I enjoyed listening to his opinions and had a lot of respect for him. I tried to get him to go to Washington, DC with me on one of our annual trips for veterans, but he didn't like crowds. I'm sorry that I'm out of town and can't make the funeral but he will be in my prayers.
