A Heart of Gold

Quite a few yrs. back I got to know George through working at the Sheriffs dept. in Switz. Co. & through Spring Branch Church. George was the type of man no matter what kind of day you were having just being around him made your day better. I remember one evening we were together working for the Sheriffs office & we got on the subject of movies. We discovered I'd never seen the movie "Tobacco Road". George was explaining it to me & I made mention "I'll have to watch for it". Wasn't a couple weeks & in my driveway drove George, in his personal truck, he had got me a copy of the movie Tobacco Road. Brought it too me. We went in the house and watched it that evening. I'm quite sure George had this type of impact on many folks. Switz. Co. lost a prince of a man here.
